A 4  year old was riding her bicycle on the sidewalk and collided with an 87-year-old woman and  fractured the womens hip hipthe woman had surgery and died three months later. A judge is letting the 4 year old be suid.

this is stupid its nt the little girls fault it was an accident they are gonna make her think its her fault the lady died shes gonna need couciling.
